Located just a short distance from the Shrine and Royal Botanical Gardens in Melbourne, the Kings Domain apartment complex more resembles an opulent luxury hotel. The stunning facade, with helix-shaped ground level canopy and Ever Art Wood® Batten cladding creates a striking introduction to the building.
Designed by SJB Architects, the Kings Domain Apartments exude luxury. Combining functional design with intricate attention to detail, each element of the building has been carefully selected for both it’s function and form.
Ever Art Wood® Aluminium Battens are used throughout the interior and exterior of the building. Unlike real timber, the aluminium battens present a low maintenance solution that retain their colour and premium finish over time.
The lightweight and versatile Kabebari two part concealed fix battens were also used on the tilt lift garage doors and the ground floor entrances.
Ever Art Wood® is an ideal choice for garden and pool areas, designed to withstand environments that pose a challenge for real wood, such as continuous outdoor and moisture exposure.
The Ever Art Wood® range is also fire rated, performing well when tested to AS/NZ 1530.3 (spread of flame / index 0) and AS/NZ 3837-1998 (result / Group 1).
